Mr Kalpesh S Patel is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon based at St Mary's Hospital, part of Imperial College Hospital's NHS Trust.  Mr Patel is an experienced Surgeon who qualified as a Doctor in 1984 and has been a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon since 1995. Mr Patel initially trained in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery utilising reconstructive operations to resume function and appearance after major resective surgery.  Mr Patel has focused his practice on nasal and sinus surgery for the last fourteen years.  

Mr Patel receives referrals from GP's, other Consultant Specialists an increasingly, recommendations from patients previously seen and treated by Mr Patel.  Mr Patel has extensive experience in all aspects of ear, nose and throat conditions with a particular expertise in nose and sinus disorders.  Other areas of interest include patients with dizziness requiring investigation in conjunction with an expert Audiological Scientist who is part of the practice.  

Mr Patel has invested in the latest diagnostic equipment at his clinic at 99 Harley Street and is able to see patients with voice and swallowing disorders.  Two Speech Therapists have recently joined the practice and are manage patients with hoarseness including “professional voice” users such as Singers, Actors, Teachers and Lawyers.  

Mr Patel is recognised with all UK medical insurance companies and provided that the patients’ policy is not restricted, limited in cover, or have an excess applicable, all medical expenses should be covered.  Patients are however always asked to check with their insurance company prior to every episode of treatment.
