GENERAL OFFICE POLICIES

Our practice staff are available between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

The practice staff will help with all administrative aspects of your treatment. However, the results of medical tests cannot be discussed over the phone to protect patient confidentiality.

The major insurance companies are now going towards Electronic Billing directly to themselves. They will send you a statement detailing your medical treatment costs. If you need a copy of the invoice for our professional fees, please ask our practice staff.
